The Full Design package is for the couple who is looking to completely outfit their wedding space. Whether you know exactly the vibe you want for your wedding – or you have no idea – we’re here to help! We will work with you (or surprise you!) to create a beautiful, unique and tailored design that highlights who you are, what you love and how you want to feel on your big day.
As our best value option, this package covers 10 essential decor areas including a custom element that’s unique to your event. We ensure seamless execution on the day of your wedding – leave it to our team to handle all aspects of the decor set up, tear down, delivery and retrieval.

Your wedding is a big deal. And we want to make sure we are a good style and personality fit before getting started in creating some magic together.
We invite you to come in for a complimentary consultation with the owner of Bespoke or a Senior Lead Designer. We’ll go over the package in as much detail as you’d like – and find out what you’re dreaming of and how we can make it happen. You can bring in inspiration photos, patterns, colours, send us a link to your Pinterest board – whatever works for you! We’ll start brainstorming together and lay the foundation for our creative process.
CREATING A CUSTOM DESIGN.
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
A DEDICATED LEAD DESIGNER. You’ll be working one on one with a Bespoke designer who will work hard to execute our collective vision.
CREATION OF A MOOD BOARD. A visual vibe.
A SITE VISIT OF YOUR VENUE. We will walk through the space together to discuss flow, floor plans and starting design plans. You can show us what you love about your venue and we will make sure to highlight those aspects!
A FLOORPLAN. Before great design comes excellent spatial and logistical planning.
A CUSTOM DESIGN FROM A TO Z (AND A RAIN PLAN IF REQUIRED). A full design covering our 10 essential decor areas (additional areas if requested).
DIRECTION ON YOUR FLORAL DESIGN. We will work closely with your florist to create a design complementary to the flowers – within your allocated floral budget.
COORDINATION WITH FELLOW VENDORS. We will connect with
your wedding venue, planner/coordinator, florist, caterer, and anyone
else required to guarantee a smooth set up.
A FINALIZATION MEETING WITH YOUR LEAD DESIGNER. We will answer any remaining questions, and review final details and timeline.

YOUR CUSTOM FEATURE
We want your wedding to feel uniquely yours, which is why we’ve included the opportunity to have a truly custom element for your wedding. This could be a seating chart, table numbers, a photo backdrop, or something completely out of the box. We can either create a new piece in-house, or order something custom to create that wow factor for your wedding.

• Full access to the Bespoke inventory collection with various package discounts.
• One of a kind stationery designed for your wedding (we can match your invitation if preferred). Think menus, place cards, seating chart, table numbers, etc.
• Professionally hand-lettered chalkboards and signs. Think welcome signs, seating charts, etc.
• Custom built pieces. Think donut walls, seating charts, backdrops, etc.
• Sourced items. If we can’t make it here, we’ll find it for you!
• Delivery + retrieval of the Bespoke collection items.
• Filling one 16’ truck.
• Flawless set up of the wedding.
• Efficient strike of the wedding.
• As many hugs or high fives as you’d like – this is a celebration after all!

FOR BEST WEDDING DECOR
OPTIONAL ADD ONS:
THE ADDITIONS BELOW ARE AVAILABLE AT A DISCOUNTED PACKAGE RATE.
SPECIALTY DINING TABLES: Cost: 50% off regular rental rate + delivery.
HARVEST TABLES: Reclaimed wood harvest tables (8’ rectangle). Cost: 50% off regular rental rate + $25 labour per table + delivery.
DINING CHAIRS. Cost: 50% off regular rental rate + $1 labour per chair + delivery.
PLACE SETTINGS. Including a napkin, charger plate, dinner plate, goblet, and flatware. Cost: $13 per person.
ADDITIONAL RENTALS BEYOND THE 10 ESSENTIAL AREAS. Examples: folding tables, linens, drapery, etc. Additional rentals will be charged at the discounted package price of 15% off.
ADDITIONAL SUB-RENTALS + SOURCED ITEMS. We can sub-rent or purchase items from other companies, with a 20% service fee.
MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. This package includes 1 location within Greater Vancouver. Additional locations are available at a la carte pricing.
VENUE FLIPS. Flips are available at a la carte pricing for labour.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY + RETRIEVAL. If an additional truck is needed for your order, price will be dependent upon event location and size of load.
GARBAGE + CARDBOARD REMOVAL. (anything outside of garbage that bespoke has produced). Examples: boxes from flower deliveries, packaging, guest rubbish. Cost: $75
FLORAL REMOVAL. (flowers will be composted). Price to be determined on a case by case basis.
THE FINE PRINT
Florals are not included in this package. We will work with your florist to create a design, but all fees will be paid directly to the florist.
This package is available to Vancouver, Whistler, Pemberton and the Lower Mainland. Venues further than 40km from the Bespoke Warehouse subject to additional charges.
Set up windows of 2 hours or less will be subject to additional staffing fees. (Brock House exempt, no additional charges)
Strike windows of 2 hours or less will be subject to additional staffing fees. (Brock House exempt, no additional charges)
Booking this package is up to the discretion of Bespoke Decor, and may be refused.
This package is subject to an $800 non-refundable restock & cleaning fee. This covers light wear and tear on the rental items. Any major damage including weather or dew damage will have additional charges for repair or replacement.

A: Nope! This package is valued at over $20,000 with a la carte pricing.

Q: WHAT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?
A: A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remainder will be due 1 month prior to your wedding date.

A: Customizations to the package are available upon consultation, and will be priced on a case by case basis.
Q: COULD THIS PACKAGE GO BEYOND THE QUOTED $12,500? (PLUS $800 NON-REFUNDABLE RESTOCK & CLEANING FEE)
A: Yes, but only if you want to add more rentals, custom elements, or something that will require service above the allotted amount in this package.
Q: HOW MANY GUESTS CAN THIS PACKAGE ACCOMMODATE?
A: It is best suited for a wedding of up to 150 guests – beyond this, additional budget may be required.
