The Bespoke team is missing one another! So we started having zoom lunches a couple times a week. Everyone noticed that I crimped my hair this week. It's huge. But I actually did it on the lowest of 4 intensity settings, so next week I'm going to crimp on level 4. We're all looking forward to it.

Travis is a pro Vancouver fitness instructor who makes our team laugh through the entire class. This 30 minute session will be free of charge, but we do ask if you're able to leave a donation - we'll be sending all proceeds directly to the North Shore Crisis Centre to help the fight of violence against women.

We have thought up some new instagram challenges and activities for the next few weeks ✨ We had a blast hosting friends trivia a few weeks back, so we're going to be hosting one live trivia night per week! First up - The Office trivia on Sunday, April 19th at 8pm. FURTHER to that, we're going to host a different challenge or activity each Wednesday! We will announce them all in our stories tomorrow. Thank you all so much for the podcast/movie/activity recommendations! I admit I’ve been feeling a bit bummy today, but @brenebrown is giving me some life 🙌🏼✨ have you listened to her new podcast? The first eppy touches on the feeling of being new at something and the vulnerability around it. She describes not liking the feeling of being “wobbly” at something and it totally resonated with me. We are all “new” at getting through a pandemic. So, some days are bound to feel a little bummy. I’m bustling around our apartment as a pick me up. Feeing cozy and tidy tonight will help hit the reset for tomorrow!

Happy Easter, dear friends! Even though this year might look a little different (my husband and I are eating spaghetti on the couch watching... you guessed it... survivor), and we may not be seeing family and friends, or eating the same delicious food as planned. But hey, this will just make next year all the more yummy. How did you celebrate today? I haven't told Charlie yet, but I'm about to demand he hide mini eggs around the house 🐰
